A native Texan, Adam served in both the public and private sector with early career experiences in technical and engineering departments of a major telecommunications company. After receiving his B.B.A. in 2002, Adam joined EnRisk as an Energy Risk Specialist in early 2003 focused on sales and servicing oil & gas operators and non-operators with a primary emphasis on the coordination of insurance and indemnity obligations in the overall risk management process.
Effective January 2008, Adam became a principal and Executive Vice President of EnRisk. From 2008 to 2010 Adam's focus remained in sales by managing the Production Team using innovative and strategic growth strategies along with project management of key internal objectives. Also during that time, Adam was heavily involved with Market Development for EnRisk, which includes ensuring existing markets relationships are properly managed and selectively entertaining new markets looking to write business for our clients. "This is an enormous but fulfilling task for a company that is growing at this speed."
Beginning in 2011, Adam shifted his focus 100% to Sales and Servicing to ensure resources were used where they had the best impact towards serving clients and expanding the EnRisk brand. With over 50 clients with exposures ranging from Upstream and Midstream operations, Operators and Non-Operators, Contractors, Offshore, Equipment Leasing and International, Adam continues to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to marketing strategies, product availability and creative risk transfer options.
